Refund Policy

We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchase made at www.jesscoboutique.com! If you do not love your piece after you receive it, we will help you find something else to exchange or return the item for you. We offer a store credit or exchange (shipping charges not included) on items purchased online within 3 days of you receiving your order. Items must either be mailed back or brought in to our in-store location. All returned items must have original tags attached, email receipt, not be worn or washed, and in perfect condition. If you feel your items are incorrect, or damaged in any way, you must notify Jess & Co. Boutique within 3 days of you receiving your order.

If returning from outside of Canada, please contact before shipping.

For items purchased in store, we are not able to offer returns due to our limited stock. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us for any exceptions or questions.
